Delete your data from Bridge
Mississippi River Marketing LLC. Open to anyone who has used Bridge or connected an account to it.
Stop collection now
In Bridge, open Connections and choose Disconnect for the platform. Its stored credentials are deleted straight away and Bridge stops reading from it. Report history already collected stays in your workspace until you ask us to delete it (below).
You can also remove Bridge on the platform itself:
- Google and YouTube: Google account permissions
- Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings, then Business integrations
- TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions
- Bing: Microsoft account consents
Ask us to delete everything else
Email mississippirivermarketing@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion”. Tell us the business or workspace name, the email you use in Bridge (or the Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Google account you connected) and what you want deleted. Do not send passwords or access codes.
- We confirm the request comes from you or someone with authority over the workspace.
- We delete saved reports, connection records, uploaded photos and videos, captions, calendar entries and account details covered by the request.
- We finish within 30 days, and within 7 days for YouTube data, then email you what was deleted and anything we must keep by law (for example, invoices).
Photos and videos can also be removed yourself: open Content Calendar, open the item and choose Move to Trash. Trash can be restored for 7 days, then the file and captions are deleted.
Deleting data in Bridge does not remove copies held by the platforms themselves, such as a video already published on YouTube.
