Bridge terms of use
Mississippi River Marketing LLC · Updated September 30, 2026
Bridge is MRM’s portal for authorized clients and staff to view connected reports and prepare business content. These portal terms supplement our company terms. An existing client agreement continues to govern paid services, deliverables and fees.
Accounts and authorized access
Protect your login and connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Access another workspace only with its owner’s permission. MRM may restrict access to protect client information or when authorization ends. Report suspected misuse to mississippirivermarketing@gmail.com.
Your photos, videos and captions
You retain ownership of your content. By uploading it, you authorize MRM and its hosting providers to store, display and process it to provide the portal features you request. Upload only material you have the rights and permissions to use, including music and people’s likenesses. Do not upload unlawful content, malware or other people’s private information without authorization.
A private draft or calendar date is a planning record, not confirmation of publication. Direct uploads require your explicit confirmation; scheduled automatic publishing is not currently enabled. Platform approval, quota and account restrictions may limit visibility or availability. Check the destination account, caption and publishing status before relying on a post. Connecting an account does not upload a video or launch an advertisement.
Storage and deletion
Keep a separate copy of your original files. Current workspace limits are 20 stored uploads, 1 GiB total, and 50 MiB per video or 10 MiB per photo. Files in Trash count toward storage until removed. Trash is recoverable for seven days; afterward, scheduled cleanup permanently removes its original file and captions. Unfinished uploads are removed after 48 hours. Active drafts and planned posts are not deleted by age.
Deleting portal content does not delete copies already held by a social platform. Our privacy notice explains data use and retention, and our deletion instructions explain how to request removal of other records.
Connected platforms and availability
Business-detail changes and Google posts are sent only to the destination shown in the confirmation. You are responsible for accurate information and permission to publish it. Google may review or reject changes; submission is not confirmation that a change is public. Unsupported destinations require separate updates. Bridge records requests and their delivery status to prevent accidental duplicate submissions.
Platform permissions, review decisions, quotas and outages can affect available features. Reports may be delayed or revised, and missing data does not mean zero activity. MRM does not guarantee audience growth, advertising results or uninterrupted platform access.
YouTube features use YouTube API Services. Users of those features are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. TikTok and other connected services also apply their own terms and publishing rules. You may disconnect supported accounts in Connections or revoke access through the provider.
